Welcome to MEGAFR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and MEGAFR ("we," "our," "us") governing your access to and use of the MEGAFR website, IPTV player application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
MEGAFR is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, stream, or distribute any IPTV content, channels, playlists, or copyrighted material. Users supply their own M3U playlist URLs and are solely responsible for the content they access.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
MEGAFR provides:
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid username, email address, and password. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
For security purposes, each account is limited to one active session at a time. Logging in from a new device will terminate any existing session. This policy protects your account from unauthorized use and ensures fair resource allocation.
Each account may create up to 5 profiles. Profiles may be protected with a 6-digit PIN. Profile security features (lock after failed attempts) are provided for convenience and should not be considered a substitute for strong account passwords.
You are solely responsible for any M3U playlists, EPG URLs, or other content sources you add to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the Service. We strongly encourage you to use only legitimate, properly licensed IPTV services.

The Service offers a free tier (with advertisements) and an optional premium subscription (ad-free with additional features). Current pricing, features, and subscription duration are displayed in the application and on the website.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (PayPal and/or Stripe). By making a payment, you also agree to the respective payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your financial data.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the premium features, please contact us within 14 days of payment and we will evaluate your case.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle. Price changes will not affect the current subscription period.
The MEGAFR name, logo, website design, application code, and original content (including blog articles) are the intellectual property of MEGAFR. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
TMDB data displayed within the application is used under TMDB's API terms of use. TMDB is a registered trademark of The Movie Database.
Free-tier users may see advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These advertisements are governed by the respective network's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. We do not guarantee that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEGAFR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEGAFR from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
